Purchased gold bars, lives not showing

I purchased 50 gold bars to renew lives, the gold bars appeared but four times I purchased more lives and didn't receive them and each time the gold bars were deducted from my account. Why did this happen?

Can you please re-credit me for the lives I didn't receive?
