l was in the lead to win a prize on the game CCSaga for getting Candy stripes and received zero?

At 8am l went on Candy Crush Saga and saw on the striped candy challenge l was still in the lead with approximately 2090 points and with only 1hour to go. When l when back on this afternoon my app was asking my iPad and iPhone to update Candy Crush Saga game, so l did. Unfortunately after l updated and went back on Candy Crush Saga the striped candy challenge had disappeared and l didn't win my prize? I am very disappointed!!! I want to know what happened?
