Not receiving lives from friends (windows 10 mobile)
Since the latest two updates on w10 mobile, we no longer receive help and lives from friends.
I can sent help to others but can't receive them.
I'm logged in with my facebook account.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall, even did a factory reset of my phone.
Before these updates it did work normally.
please help.

@Cezdiamond, i've seen and read the topic you're referring to, but this isn't related. The issue is with windows 10 mobile only, all other environments i play (w10 desktop, browser/facebook) it works normally and i receive help/lives.
Only since the two latest updates not anymore on w10 mobile, my guess is that something has to be fixed in the w10m app.

The thread you were directed to applies to all devices.
When you say that you 'can't receive' them, do you mean that there is an error or something stopping this, or only that they do not show?
If it is the later, then the main thread applies and there is not much we can do to assist you.
If there is an error then please post a screenshot so that we can look into this for you.
