No access to kingdom

When I try to link my current Candy Crush Android app to Facebook to save my progress, I receive the following message, "Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom, right now. Please try connecting again later." I have continued to play to have continued to try and connect but receive this same message every time. Any help connecting to Facebook to save my current game process would be greatly appreciated.

There was an update to Candy Crush software on May 24th. Since May 24th I have not been able to login to Facebook and sinc with Candy Crush. I do not use the Facebook app.

Check that you've got the latest updates installed for the game app. If you also have the FB app installed then it's also a good idea to make that's also up to date.

I have the latest update, especially the newest one with the improved graphics for the special candies. I do not have the FB app installed on my Android device. Is that needed?

⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Help! Level 9606
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
