I was playing candy crush saga before 2 years. I just started to play again. Now i want to delete all my progress and start playing again from level 1 on my facebook account. But i don't know how delete all my progress. Help me please. Thanks.

If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.
