Crash on candy crush saga

Hi, I asked the below question about 5 days ago and got a response saying it was fixed, I commented saying it was still an issue but haven't heard back. Can someone look into this please??

Hi there, I've logged to tickets 4938421, 4966750 regarding the candy crush saga app crashing on startup on the last release and your latest release (1.96.1) of the app. I'm on a iPhone 6s running 10.2.1 however no one has responded or fixed the issue.I originally didn't reinstall the app as I'm not synced to fb however the latest released app didn't fix this.Can someone look into this and fix please, thanks.- See more at: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/crash-on-candy-crush-saga#sthash.6CuulJKP.dpuf

The ticket numbers provided are only for reference.

If you followed the steps I provided then the only option left available is to delete and reinstall the app.

Please make sure you save your progress with a Kingdom account first:

Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account. You can then use this to synchronize and transfer your game.

I lost all my rewards
hi there I lost all my rewards due to internet loss. I tried to close and open my app get back my connection and it’s all gone the only thing that was available was my galaxy I won the rewards by completing the daily 6 day task

how do i get a level 14000 badge?
I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

New gift card pop up is freezing and crushing multiple games
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
