Earning lives and Lollipops in Candy Crush for playing Scrubby Dubby

I got an offer of a refill of lives and five lollipops in Candy Crush Saga if I played Scrubby Dubby Saga for 10 levels.  I have played 21 levels, and so far no lives and candy, it has been a day and I have been in and out of both games several times.  When will I get my lives and lollipops?  The advertisement made it seem like it would be instant.
