Can't X out of Bubble Witch ad

When the Bubble Witch ad pops up, there isn't an X to close out. I have to reboot my kindle to clear it. What's up with that?

    Hi Buddy- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with the pop ups in your game. Does the problem persist?
