Accidental Reset

I recently left Facebook and disconnected my Candy Crush account. I decided to make a new Facebook account and I tried to sync my Candy Crush progress with the new account. It reset me to the first level, which is devastating because I have been playing for years and I am at level about 2100-2200. Is there anything I can do to restore my progress?

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on mobile/tablet.

You can remove Candy Crush from your Facebook but should you ever add it again you'll find that your progress is still there and will continue where you left off. When you say you recently left Facebook, does that mean you actually closed your account down?

Yeah, I properly closed the account, didn't just deactivate. I removed Facebook from my Candy Crush account and it was still set at the beginning. I tried a lot of things and couldn't recover my progress.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Can't log in through Facebook on new device, can't reconnect to Facebook on old device
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
Music Event
what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush

why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
Is it too late to fix the Music Event?
Like many others I was one tape away from completing the event and now it has vanished early. I wasted so much time, gold and boosters on this event to have it unfairly disappear with 20 hours left. Please fix this ASAP. There should still be some time left.
