my game Is sync with someone account

Oneday my friend logged in his Facebook account from my device after my candy rush account sync with his account only when i am trying to stnc from my account it will go down level. Pls help me

I've got almost the same problem but I have no FB account from the start 😓

My cellphone is a Samsung A5 w/Android OS.

My sister's account just jumped from 1000 to 2600+ lvl and every time I enter it appears like CCS syncs automatically with her account.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Please could you try these steps?
-Delete the Facebook app from you device (if you have it installed)
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

Impossible to pass high levels
it is impossible to pass 19096 without spending money. The rules keep changing to make the highest levels impossible. king stop being so greedy or lose all your players!

Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
