Candy Crush reverted to level 1 after setting up a king account and signing in (android phone)
I was helping a friend try to sync from an old android into a new one so we created a King account and logged into the old phone and then waited a bit and got the new phone setup and loged into it. the new phone was on level on and she was on lvl 700ish. so we checked the old phone and all the levels had disappeared and reverted back to level 1!?!?
What can we do to restore the game.
