How long should you expect to wait?

Alright, so I had recently lost all my levels due to a Facebook sign in. When I posted saying that had happened, a moderator had replied within an hour. When he\she asked details about my account, I replied but haven't gotten any thing yet. It's been about a day now, I'm not in any rush to play the game, just concerned about how long it will take.

The moderators here on the site work regular shifts so it's possible that we have one or two days off. There is no specific time however generally within 48/72 hours you will receive a response.
