Not receiving rewards on Striped Candy and Star Chaser Challenges

I see that many players are experiencing the same issues, so I wanted to report I am also not getting my rewards and give details on the device/app version I'm using.

- I placed first in the Striped Candy Contest 3 times. Before that, I placed second and I did get the reward, but ever since then, I have not received any rewards for placing first.

- I received the 2h lives on the Star Chaser Challenge, but not the 6h Colour Bomb.

I'm playing on a Kindle Fire HDX 7 and using the current version of the app from the Amazon App Store.

My invite button isn’t working. I already told the bot about it. I am waiting for response from team via email. Does anybody on this platform have any suggestions?

How do I delete my app and then reinstall it without losing my progress?
I need to delete my app to get my invite button to work again. I don’t want to lose my progress though.
Not getting lives from friends
I get lots of requests for lives and send them but when I request lives I hardly get any.
Gift Card Item
Why did the game suddenly award me a “Gift Card Item” which turned out to be 1 Hour of free lives and then disappear without actually giving me anything?
