Why do I keep loosing my gold bars? I already sent a letter to candycrush.tech help

lost 10 gold bars on March 26th March 27th and now again today April 4th. I have put in lots of hours playing the Crush line twice a day to earn the boosters to help play the new levels released on Wednesdays, why give them as prizes if they are only going to disappear? I'm only showing 14 gold bars when I should have 44, I would like them put back please. Will be waiting for a response to this on going problem as soon as possible, thank you. Love the game just don't like being cheated out of something I earned!!

Since we track each and every transaction involving Gold Bars, If you could reply to my message with your email address connected to your game, I'll be able to tell you exactly where those Gold Bars went. 

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on mobile/tablet.
