I cannot advance the game on my old iPad, I got a new iPad, and my new phone

I have deleted and downloaded Candy Crush Saga on each device and I cannot get past 605. There is a broken down airplane at that level, and says Unlock more levels and will play the next episode 00 hours, 00 minutes, and 00 seconds. What can I do?
