I have been having real problems with Candy Crush freezing on me while playing, while looking at messages, while requesting lives, etc. Someone recommended I install the update. There was no update so I uninstalled and then reinstalled. When I did, all the boosters I had recently purchased disappeared. I spent $15.99 on those boosters and had hardly used any. This is not fair.
Hi blackberry1107- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.
