Candy Crush Level Mismatch on 2 Machines

I have 2 PCs, 1 shows Level 1 and the other shows my correct level, how do I get them both to be correct?

Ok you're on PC but does that mean you have the game installed directly or do you play through a browser on King.com/ Facebook?

I play through the browser on Facebook, and I still have the existing issue
