my Candy Crush Saga progress was at 1098. I got a new phone and it reset to 1! How do I recover?
That's not surprising as you need to connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom in order to load your progress on another device, it doesn't happen on its' own. As long as you actively connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you do, when you reconnect to that account in the game again from any device, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.
