didn't receive all of gift pack?

I just purchased the 6.99 pack and I only received the gold. I didn't receive any of the extra stuff. Can I get it please? This is frustrating! I am trying to pass this very hard level and I only bought the pack to get the extra helping candies. Please fix this.
