I cannot sincronize the game in my tablet with my mobile phone

I passed two days ago a hard level in my tablet. When I went to play in my mobile phone I still am in The same hard level. I' ve done everything that you recommend and still trapped in that awful level. As I had to reset my mobile phone because it did not work well I los al my boosters. That's why I played it on my tablet bit on my mobile phone I still hace to pass it and it's almost impossible with a few boosters. Would you be so kind as to fix this please? Thank you.
