I was around level 1800 when this problem started (around March 22nd after an update). I was in the middle of the level when it rebooted and attempted to reload Candy Crush. Since then, every time I try loading Candy Crush it starts loading then goes back to the home screen - if I double click the screen I can see the level the screen I was playing when it crashed in the background but if I click on it, it just takes me back to the loading screen. I have tried a hard reset but it continues doing the same thing. I do not have this backed up on Facebook and would like to restore this back to where I was.
