I lost everything when I switched phones!!!!

Hi - I converted my old iphone to my new iphone 7 last night and although Candy Crush the app itself successfully moved over, I have now lost all of my status...resulting me back into level 1 and losing all my boosters rewards too.  HELP! I was on level 300!!! I am not sure if I had an email account on file. And when I follow the directions to click on the kingdom arrow in the corner, I don't even see an option to put an email.  Can someone help? I am a devoted fan and this is CRUSHING!!!

Thank you for contacting King Care! 

On the kingdom website, if you're on mobile you have to click in your browser "request desktop site" and then you will be able to see the login at the top right corner. I'm not familiar with iOS so I can't tell you where those settings will be.. but wherever your browser settings are should be where you can request the desktop site. Were you logget in through Facebook at all? If so, once you login through there you should be able to find your progress but if you were only logged into the kingdom it should be the same if you login through king.com. Please let me know how it works out for you!
