Why can't I keep my lives and my bars?

I am at the tool level. I paid $100 for more bars and boosters. When I cannot go any further because of your upgrades can I not see my bars or my hours of play? I have spent a lot of money playing a game. I am looking to find a legal issue in answer to my problems with your game.

You can already play new levels in Candy Crush Saga on PC. Please rest assured that our Game Studio is working hard on making the new content available too for the mobile versions of Candy Crush Saga.
