After it downloads, goes to next window, stalls, will not go any further?????

I am playing candy crush saga through Facebook. When I click on candy crush it downloads, then goes to next window that is orange background, circle keeps spinning like it is trying to download next step but it stalls there. No further progress at all. I restarted computer, deleted cookies, upgraded Adobe. Nothing helps. What next.

I suggest you try the following steps:

1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.

2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/ 

3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox

4) Make sure you have other tabs closed

5) Make sure you have Adobe Flash player updated: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ 

6) Check if your Antivirus and/or Firewall settings is affecting the game

Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well. Please see this thread with a step by step instruction on how to sync your game progress between Facebook and King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login, then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
