Lost progress

i was playing the game for a long time before on diffrent facebook acc. i started playing again without facebook and i was on lvl 850 or so. I decided to connect to new facebook account that im using now to have the game saved as i will be changing phone . when i did connect the game back to lvl 1 , I have tried dissconecting from fb but it did not help... how can i fix that?
