Back to level one

Hi.

I play Candy Crash Saga only using Facebook and on some computers the game took me back level one after changing language to Polish. On some computers I'm on level 314. Can you help me with this issue? I don't want to lose whole progress.

I need help on how to pass level 8061
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Gold bar
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
Fraude
Estoy cansado que despues de ver un anuncio me eche del juego sin obtener la recompensa. Esto pasa demasiadas veces y me parece un fraude
Boosters not received
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
