What happened to candy crush Can't play it at all now .

Went to play yesterday all boosters are gone , all progress was lost , can't find dreamworld , don't know what you did to it . I'm good Deleted All your games , what a load of Crap . You really Screwed up a good game and I won't play any games from you company again , Your Loss .

Hi William- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.

For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

If you played whilst connected to Facebook or the Kingdom, please log in to your account and you will find your progress there.
