Where is my gold?

Good afternoon King Customer Care team...I was bought some of gold bar from candy crush saga game's this day,due to some problems I can't buy it.But after checking my Telkomsel account, there are seven transactionof buying gold bar. (screen shoot attached)But until now my gold bar still same as before I do the transaction.I asked to return back my money to my Telkomsel account because ofthis happening. and I just wanna buy one time not seven time.Thank you for your attention.

Loss of gold
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
Level 18453
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
Stuck at level 12077 pls help
