I am on level 1295 on my phone but have been returned to level 2 on my iPad. Please help me restore my progress on my iPad.

If you play whilst connected to Facebook your progress should be saved :-) Please could you try these steps?
- Be sure to log out of Facebook in your game
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
