Progress resets when I connect to Facebook

Ok so I've had candy crush for a while I'm on 1354 I am connected to the Kingdom so it's not that bad

i had a old Facebook this candy crush was connected to but a while back everything updated and it wasn't connected to it anymore....

I then accidentally connected my  candy crush account to another Facebook that was signed in on the browser (now deleted and deactivated) and I've removed the app from that Facebook account 

i knew I should have connected through the Facebook app ( the one I wanted to sync with) but I didn't think properly 

So now Evertime I connect candy crush to Facebook it resets my progress and starts me at LEVEL 1... I emailed king and they are not helpful so I've come one king care to see if I can get this sorted

I am facing the similar issue. I have my progress stores on Kingdom account. Now I want to connect/sync my progress with Facebook. When I try to connect my progress with Facebook, it resets from level 1. How can I sync my progress on Kingdom account with my Facebook.
