I won last weekends striped candy contest and didnt get any reward, game has been crashing multiple

I won last weekends striped candy contest and didn't get rewarded, game has crashed multiple times, was winning this weekends striped candy contest had a crash lost all booster games including the striped candy contest and the treasure chests, I should have opened second one...I hope you can correct this

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Chocolate box error
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
