I have surpassed the points required to pass this level, but each time it says it failed. How do I get past this?

Hello Gwyn,
When you fail a level, a pop-up message will appear that will advise as to why you didn't pass it. Take note of this message.
If you require any assistance to help you understand why you didn't pass it, then please post a screenshot here.

I’ve successfully completed level 1845 7 times now, yet it still tells me I’ve failed. I’ve sent screen shots showing the “fail” message that also shows my scores in excess of the 150,000 required, but only get back the automated message from Anna.
This screen shot is from this morning. No matter how many times I exceed the required points, the game will not let me proceed to the next level. Can you help? 0
