Candy Crush will not load on my facebook page but will load on other profiles on my computer? Why?

I have been playing Candy Crush for years and within the past month or so it will not load on my fb account.  My mom also uses my laptop and can log into her facebook account and play Candy Crush no problem so my computer is not the problem...It appears there is an issue with my actual facebook account loading Candy Crush?  How is this possible?

Hello Renee,

Here at King we are currently in the process of rolling out a version of Candy Crush that will run on HTML5. You can read more about it here:

Not all players have this new format, so it could be that your game is running on HTML5 and your mother's game is still running via Flash.

Please follow the steps provided in the thread and let me know if this answers your question.

Well, my laptop crashed and I had to purchase a new one.  It is loading just fine on my new laptop!  Thanks for the suggestion!
