Lost progress

I recently got a new fb account. I connected my ccs game to the new fb account and I lost all my progress. I tried to log back in to the old fb account and it still did nothing. I even used my old email address and nothing. I reinstalled it and nothing. I lost all my progress, I was wayy passed level 230 and Ive spent alot of money on this game and I want to continue but I don't want to start back at level 1 help me please!
