As I said in my submission to Customer Care earlier today, I have been leading or 2nd, late in the day, in each of the last two contests. In both cases, there were no rewards, nor even the "you came in ** -- better luck next time." No notice that there ever was a contest. My wife quit playing these contests after the first time it happened, by I gave it a 2nd chance. After looking at this forum, apparently this has been a problem for at least 5 months. Until I hear that it's solved, I won't be attempting to win one in the future.
