How is 2459 not a super hard level?

I have been playing and playing 2459. I've now used up all my boosters and there isn't enough money in the world to buy the extra moves needed to complete this horrible level. Between the chocolate spawners and those stupid spinners it is impossible to clear everything in a single round. I've only been able to clear two spinners and even at that had 36 left at the end of my best round! Ugh!
