I've lost all my progress, I think I was on like 1300 all gone

I also had a permanent stripe booster. I thought I'd connected it to my Facebook but when I got a new phone it was all gone, it's mainly annoying because I've sadly spent prob too much money on it. It was connected to my husbands apple log in could that be the problem?
