When I want to go back to previous levels to get c's, it is very difficult on the new format to scroll back and forth, or up and down. Can this be fixed?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
