Candy crush saga iphone app is not syncing with Facebook candy crush progress

Hi,

I have lost all my progress in my phone when I did a reset, but when I'm playing candy crush through the facebook website in laptop, the progress is showing properly. I'm unable to sync the progress of my facebook account to my mobile application in iphone. Can you please help?

I tried uninstalling the facebook app and candy crush app in my phone, but nothing is working. Here is my candy crush user ID 100001982861027. The webiste shows proper progress but when I connect the candy crush app through facebook in my iphone, the app is displaying level 12 or something. Need urgent help!!
