No help in site i guess????

I asked for help last week and my game was fixed it wasn't loading and reset me back to level one, u went in and fixed it, well its been 4 days again i cant play Candy Crush i guess no one no's how to fix the game, it's doing the same thing not loading my page i guess no one no's what to do on here.
