Candy Crush is not loading after I updated on Sunday, May 15 to version 1.100.0.

Question

I have an iPhone 6s running on iOS 10.3.2.  When I open the Candy Crush app, it acts as if it is loading and then goes to the background and will not open.  I am irritated because I just spent $16.95 on a bundle of 100 coins and boosters and was on a level in the upper 600s. I sure hope that I am able to get the coins and boosters that I had.

First of all, my iPad is not crashing.  I don't even own one.  Secondly, the problem is the Candy Crush game is NOT loading onto my iPhone 6S.  My iPhone is fine.  I followed the directions on the thread labeled "Loading/Crashing Issues: iOS.  My device is supported and fully compatible with your games.  My phone and game app (5/15/17) are both updated.  I have more than enough memory space on my phone.  I have turned off my phone and restarted it several times over the past week and still the Candy Crush game will not load.  However, the Candy Crush Soda game loads.  I do not want to delete  and reinstall the app because you say that I will lose all of my progress, but more importantly, I will lose the 100 coins and boosters that I purchased for $16.95 and did not have the chance to use.  This is the second time this has happened to me after I made a large purchase.  The first time happened in July 2016.  Will you reimburse me for this last purchase?  I feel that if I don't get some type of satisfaction with reimbursement and need to delete the game, I will not be playing any King games from now on.
