Cannot save game progress

Level 1

I have upgraded to a new iPad and my level progress is not transferring over.  I have logged into King on my old device to save my progress.  I have deleted the app and reinstalled on my new iPad.  The game is still loading on level 36 on my new iPad, but I am on level 673 on the old one.  I also connected to Facebook to try to save my progress and now the old iPad is only loading to level 347.  This is so frustrating!  Also, the contact form does not work, my message won't send.

    Hello Hettie,

    Can you please go to the iTunes app store and make sure that you have the latest version of the game installed.

    This was not helpful and you must not have even read my question in which I stated that I had already deleted and downloaded the app, so it must be the most recent version.  Why doesn't the King.com login bring up my progress?
