I have purchased gold bars and when I press play more turns my screen freezes

My screen freezes after my  bars are subtracted so I am paying for nothing.  Telling me to close window and go back in  doesn't give me my bars back.  Your solution of asking my fellow players  is  garbage because they don't have my money you do.  I want a refund of all  bars purchased on Candy Crush this week.
