Stuck on Level 1355

I have been stuck on Level 1355 on Facebook on my PC for almost a month since the appearance of the game changed from the classic appearance to the version that also appears on my mobile.
I have completed the level successfully on many occasions but cannot move to the next level. In addition, I have linked my mobile to Facebook so they should in theory show the same level. However, I am some 7 levels behind on my phone so clearly something wrong.
JillyJill tried to help the last time I asked the question but the solution offered did not help. Unless someone can provide me with help and a working solution, it will be Adios Candy Crush. Please help.
