Thank you for contacting King Care! Were you ever connected through king.com or through the facebook app. If so, login to one of these and you'll see your progress intact. Like, say, do you ever remember entering your email to play? If not we'll have to get you some help from behind the scenes and see if they can see your progress and somehow connect it, otherwise, you're usually out of luck if you've never saved progress through the above mentioned ways.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
