My game hasn't fully loaded on my pc for over a week now gets as far as blue screen and stops. Have tried all the help ideas on here but still doesn't work. Am out of ideas now any help would be grateful.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
