Impossible to solve did you ever fix it from all the questions from 11 months ago I have been playing for ever and can't win please help

I normally check YouTube for videos on how to solve a specific level. This way I have an idea of how the level works. Many times there are also some great advice in the comments section.

I have no idea about this game that much
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
