I lost levels after being prompted to connect to facebook and hav ebeen waiting for over a week for someone to help me - how can I get an answer?
I find using the Contact us icon right at the bottom of the page in Support usually gets you a personal reply.
I also had this problem if anyone could help that would be great
Had the same problem, lost over 1000 levels. How do I get them back?

cezdiamond - I dont have anything in my inbox. Please help return my levels and my boosters - I am so frustrated. I was also just forced to sign in via facebook although I really didnt want to but could not sign in any other way

It's been over a month since I bought a single in purchase and since then I have not received any ads with free lives. Ive been stuck on one level for weeks. Kind of takes the fun out it. Will they come back?
Why does I can not have extra move after watch ADs now ?
The game Candy Crush is no longer playable. The "half/half spinach" commercial keeps crashing, and all you get is this ad. No more extra moves, boosters, or levels. Why isn't anything being done about this? By you guys? You can't remove it yourself.
I used to be able to play candy crush on my laptop by going in through Facebook. Now it takes me to a website and I can't figure out how to play except on my phone or iPad on the app. Can someone tell me if it is possible to play on my laptop or desktop?
