I was prompted to reconnect via face book and did so and with that immediately lost over 500 levels

reposting this as king care required that I log in via facebook and then changed my username so.....

I was prompted to reconnect via face book and did so and with that immediately lost over 500 levels and all of my hard earned prizes and gold bars. I was on 1798 and am now on 1220? How can I get back to my correct level ?- this happened to me once in the past and is incredibly frustrating. Please helppp
