I lost all of my progress when I synced to facebook

i recently synced to facebook and lost all of my progress.  I submitted a ticket via the app but have not heard back.  I just finished level 2510 (took a screenshot to celebrate) and tried to sync to facebook to save and lost everything.  Please help!
